Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 10 years of experience in IT
- Proven expertise in DevOps, deployment pipelines, and public cloud environments
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, system architecture, and monitoring metrics
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems management
- Familiarity with building and maintaining the Airflow platform is desirable
- Comprehensive understanding of software infrastructure, installations, and support
- Extensive experience in application delivery and release management
- Proficient in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex job dependencies
- Skilled in scripting and development languages, such as Python or GoLang
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert in DevOps and cloud deployments
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of purchased software applications
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of application systems
- Validate system functionality following changes and updates
- Participate in testing and deployment of new software versions and system upgrades
- Analyze and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain a comprehensive database of system configurations and documentation
- Work with application developers and team members to address system problems
