Senior Info Security Engineer - Cisco ISE

- Support Enterprise 802.1X network authentication, Network Access Control (NAC), device posture validation, and secure access in corporate and remote environments - Validate high availability and conduct failover testing, enhancing disaster recovery posture, monitoring, and telemetry, while reducing manual operational processes - Implement and maintain security solutions and technologies to safeguard data and assets from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, or disruption - Provide project leadership and oversight, alongside risk management for security initiatives - Establish security design guidelines, frameworks, and models, identifying new security issues and risks while developing mitigation strategies - Assist in identifying and documenting security objectives - Engage in projects that foster new intellectual property development - Train and mentor team members, building relationships and trust throughout the organization - Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies, interpreting security policies and procedures - Support acquisition and vendor risk assessment due diligence, leading the deployment and maintenance of security tools used by the insider threat program - Proactively seek solutions to mitigate risks and effectively communicate those risks to relevant stakeholders
