Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience - Five to six years of relevant experience - Strong hands-on expertise in Microservices and API development using Java/Spring Boot - In-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA - Proficient in RESTful API design and development - Familiarity with Microservices architecture - Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs - Competency in React.js and its fundamental principles - Solid grasp of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - Previous exposure to popular React workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux) - Experience with AngularJS is a plus - Experience in cloud-native development on Azure or AWS - Familiarity with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka or Apache Spark - Knowledge of RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL Server - Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB - Familiarity with Jenkins/CloudBees - Experience working with Apigee - Knowledge of Kubernetes and Rancher - Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices - Strong understanding of feature purpose, user impact, and end-to-end workflows - Exposure to financial or enterprise-grade applications - Proficient in Agile SDLC and DevOps principles - Ability to effectively communicate processes and outcomes with key stakeholders - Strong analytical and debugging capabilities - Ability to work autonomously and mentor junior developers - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, test, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions - Take full-stack ownership by consistently producing production-ready and testable code - Create optimal designs by adhering to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and system performance - Analyze failures, propose design modifications, and advocate for operational enhancements - Make informed design and coding choices with a focus on enhancing customer experience - Incorporate feedback from code reviews and implement necessary changes - Conduct code reviews to guide teams in engineering best practices and adherence to development protocols - Ensure compliance with all product development standards, including security measures - Maintain a steadfast commitment to software reliability engineering standards within development practices
