Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Agile product development, coaching, and portfolio management
- Understanding of the interdependencies among product model system elements and ability to design solutions that achieve business results
- Proficiency in customer research and discovery techniques such as personas and story maps
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and software engineers to realize the product vision
- Skill in facilitating cross-functional design sessions to enhance user empathy and continuous improvement
- Knowledge in product strategy, planning, discovery, development, and performance optimization
- Strong interpersonal skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience working with executive leadership teams
- In-depth understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
- Growth and curiosity mindset with an ability to communicate the importance of Agile methodology
Responsibilities
- Facilitate product delivery by leading discovery focused on customer needs and refining product strategies with feedback
- Support multiple teams as a dedicated Agilist, maximizing the effectiveness of time spent with each team
- Own and guide Agile practices within the product group, ensuring alignment with metrics for success
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and methodologies for routine product management
- Implement and utilize Agile tools for managing product roadmaps, planning sprints, and refining backlogs
- Refine team processes and documents such as Definitions of Done, MVPs, and personas
- Oversee funding and staffing logistics while managing vendor partnerships
- Measure and improve Agile metrics related to team discovery and delivery outcomes
