Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10 to 12 years in project, program, or portfolio management, or related leadership experience in driving enterprise initiatives
- In-depth understanding of enterprise operations, data-driven functions, or specific business lines
- Proven leadership, persuasion, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in project, program, or engagement management
- Capable of identifying and addressing complex issues, synthesizing insights, and articulating recommendations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling executive-level narratives
- Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and managing cross-functional deliverables
- Preferred: Masters degree
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cross-functional data initiatives throughout the enterprise
- Adopt an Engagement Manager role to convert strategies into tangible outcomes
- Organize governance routines and ensure effective financial management
- Create high-quality communications for executive stakeholders to promote adoption and enhance business impact
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Strategy & Administration and Chief Data Officer
- Align programs and governance with enterprise goals alongside senior stakeholders across the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) and business lines
- Manage and oversee cross-functional programs, committees, or governance bodies
