Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of experience in statistical analysis or data analytics
- Proven proficiency in Tableau for developing business intelligence solutions
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design principles
- Experience in creating and optimizing database schemas and writing efficient queries
- Proficient in Python for automation and data processing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management or leading projects is beneficial
- Understanding of retail banking processes or branch operations is advantageous
- Relevant certifications in Tableau or data engineering are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources
- Design database architectures and data models tailored for analytics
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and other BI tools that are both visually appealing and user-friendly
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders
- Uphold best practices in software development and contribute to data governance and documentation
- Engage with internal customers to refine requirements and enhance data solutions
- Provide support and training to end-users on data tools and dashboards for better adoption and use
