Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Over 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (Desktop & Service) with the ability to work independently
- Expertise in Power Query (M) and data modeling
- Experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Solid grasp of best practices in data visualization
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Gather business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
- Connect, clean, and transform data from various sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to bolster business strategy
- Collaborate with various departments including operations, finance, sales, and leadership
- Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and models
- Monitor and enhance report performance and refresh schedules
Description
