Senior Applications Systems Analyst - Epic Cheers

- Design, develop, and maintain Epic Cheers Campaigns applying complex rules and logic to identify suitable populations for targeted outreach - Collaborate with the Marketing and Analytics teams to incorporate prospective patient data into Epic, facilitating outreach to potential patients not yet attributed to UNC Health - Convert campaign requirements into efficient and scalable logic within Epic utilizing tools like Rule Editor, Reporting Workbench, Healthy Planet registries, or Clarity/Caboodle queries - Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards to measure campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI - Partner with stakeholders to establish value frameworks for campaigns, addressing aspects such as downstream appointments, care gap closures, network retention, or revenue impact - Ensure the accuracy of campaign data, maintaining integrity in segmentation and consistency across various initiatives - Set up and uphold standardized templates and governance for campaign logic, documentation, and reporting - Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, automation, and alignment among clinical, operational, and marketing outreach efforts - Support UNC Healths strategic transition towards data-driven, omnichannel engagement, leveraging the Epic platform for personalized outreach and improvements in patient experience
