Statistician/Data Scientist - ISD Analytics

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field - If holding a Doctorate: Minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience - If possessing a Masters Degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - If qualified with a Bachelors Degree: Minimum of 5 years of experience - Proficient in R, Python, or similar analytics/data mining tools, databases, and programming - Experienced in creating complex solutions using Business Intelligence tools - Skilled in constructing and executing predictive models and other analytical assets - Proficient in SQL/Database programming, including stored procedures, functions, temporary tables, complex joins, and parameterization - Theoretical understanding and practical application of a wide range of statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics, multivariate regression, clustering, neural networks, predictive modeling, machine learning, and optimization algorithms - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with experience in handling large and diverse data sets - Ability to effectively interpret and summarize analysis results in a timely manner - Advanced computer skills, particularly in software packages and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL - Comprehensive understanding of database concepts and complexity of data structures - Proficient in data visualization techniques - Exceptionally analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Highly professional, enthusiastic, autonomous, and proactive - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills - Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment - Self-motivated and detail-oriented - Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities with strict deadlines - Attentive to detail and accuracy - Comfortable operating within virtual and/or cloud environments
