Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- If holding a Bachelors degree: A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- If holding an Associates degree: A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- If holding a High School diploma or GED: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong responsiveness to internal customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, processes, and system capabilities to automate tasks or enhance system efficiency by collaborating with various departments.
- Assist in redesigning business processes and documenting them for new technology, while preparing educational materials like system documentation and workflow charts.
- Work alongside IT support to deliver top-notch customer service to all business units.
- Document and validate software and business requirements, ensuring alignment with departmental practices and workflow efficiency through collaboration with project teams.
- Engage with external vendors to facilitate the implementation and delivery processes for enterprise projects.
- Participate in project teams to assess systems and ensure business requirements are in line with best practices and compliance regulations.
- Involve in testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and guide end-users through developing and executing test plans.
- Contribute to process improvement discussions and gain consensus from relevant committees and business units to align technology requirements on enterprise-level initiatives.
- Offer mentoring and support in problem management to evaluate report defects, conduct diagnostics, and recommend solutions for issue resolution.
- Review existing computer systems and workflows to assess the feasibility of requested applications or modifications.
