Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, specifically dealing with statistical and financial data.
- Independent thinker capable of working autonomously and assuming ownership of projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable providing support and engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to deliver accurate data promptly.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects such as Break Even analysis, Margin Analysis, Pro Forma, and wRVU impacts.
- Oversee, create, and distribute insightful reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Assist the team in prioritizing projects with competing deadlines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned department leaders concerning projects, budgets, variance analysis, and impact analysis.
- Review monthly financial statement variances to identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance and budget adherence.
- Attend and lead meetings for designated departments as requested by leadership.
- Collaborate with leaders to offer support and insights on the best ways to collect and present operational and financial data as issues arise.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
