Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- Minimum of four years of experience with IT systems or related operational experience (if holding a Bachelors degree)
- At least six years of experience with IT systems or related operational experience (if holding an Associates degree)
- Eight years of experience with IT systems or related operational experience (if holding a High School diploma or GED)
- Fundamental knowledge of surgical services workflows and basic Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia
- Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven expertise in managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong responsiveness to internal stakeholder needs
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assessment of products and tools to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide criteria and adaptability to evolving requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting program development, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures
- Assess requests and collaborate on new or modified coding solutions, ensuring feasibility with existing systems
- Act as a technical advisor to the health system while maintaining high service standards
- Communicate progress on assignments and projects to management and relevant parties in a timely manner through written or verbal updates
