Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding a Bachelors degree.
- Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding an Associates degree.
- Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding a High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred certifications: CLS/MT/MLT and Epic certification in Epic Beaker AP/CP.
- Proficiency in laboratory services workflows and basic knowledge of Epic Beaker AP/CP.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly responsive to internal customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist other IT teams with the selection and technical evaluation of products/tools to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide requirements and adaptability to changing needs and technologies.
- Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to program development, modifications, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Assess requests and collaborate in the design of new or modified software programs, solutions, reports, and interfaces to verify feasibility and compatibility with current systems.
- Act as a technical consultant for the health system while maintaining elevated service standards.
- Keep management, customers, and stakeholders updated on the progress of assigned tasks, projects, and issues through timely written or oral reports.

Our compensation ranges from $41.45 to $59.58 per hour, adjusted based on experience and internal equity, and offers the flexibility of remote work while attending onsite meetings and go-lives as necessary.
