Information Systems Specialist - Credentialing

- Compile, format, and prepare reports using diverse software applications while gathering and researching data from various sources - Merge data or connect databases, crafting complex queries for statistical analysis and ad hoc report generation - Establish and maintain the data dictionary to meet the evolving needs identified by users - Identify and define user report requirements and respond to external requests for information through various communication methods - Oversee system upgrades and evaluate new applications or enhancements - Manage special projects or assignments as they arise - Supervise staff and oversee the data entry process - Provide training and guidance to end users on data collection, input, analysis, and using new or updated application systems - Administer and maintain database operations, implementing data collection, verification, quality assurance, and analysis standards - Act as the liaison between end users, ISD, external vendors, and other departments for troubleshooting and issue resolution
