Responsibilities
- Establishes departmental goals, strategies, and standards in line with the organizations mission and values.
- Oversees and assesses departmental operations, focusing on technology, service levels, and complaint resolution to meet performance benchmarks and ensure quality control.
- Manages staffing processes including recruitment, orientation, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ongoing education programs.
- Prepares and tracks departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding; coordinates both internal and external audits.
- Requires the ability to think critically, make decisive judgments, and work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking appropriate actions.

We are located at the UCHealth Building on the Anschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado. Our department, UCHlth Clinical Engineering, operates with a full-time schedule of 80 hours per pay period and offers competitive pay based on the candidates experience.
