Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
- Proven experience in advanced data collection, organization, and reporting, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Expertise in Tableau and/or other business intelligence tools
- Established track record in managing complex BI projects
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- Epic Clarity Certification and/or experience with Epic is preferred
- Background in healthcare analytics and operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with large, complex databases and datasets
- Knowledge of SQL and statistical programming is desirable
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex data analysis activities
- Develop sophisticated business intelligence solutions that provide strategic insights
- Synthesize and interpret multi-source datasets to uncover performance trends, opportunities, and risks
- Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to define and prioritize data requirements
- Translate data needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Create and enhance enterprise-level dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Improve performance of BI tools through advanced data management practices, including validation and governance
