Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. You should have at least five years of experience in software development, as well as expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. A solid grasp of data science principles, linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, and R is required. Familiarity with frontend frameworks, particularly Angular, is a plus. Experience with version control systems like GitHub and developing / consuming web APIs and services is expected. We seek individuals who possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can excel in a fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also important, along with a willingness to work collaboratively across different teams. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public sector.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to conduct proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to assess the feasibility of AI solutions and demonstrate their business value to stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementing AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and improve user interaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be a key part of your job to identify and prioritize areas where AI can generate value for the business. You will need to analyze and elucidate AI and machine learning solutions while upholding high ethical standards. Your work will involve functional and process design, prototyping, testing, and training in partnership with product teams. Furthermore, you will build and maintain data pipelines that ensure the quality, consistency, and real-time processing of data from various sources. Your collaboration on implementing MLOps practices, including model versioning, automated testing, continuous integration/deployment, and monitoring for AI solutions in production settings, will be vital. You will also create thorough documentation and provide technical guidance to development teams, system administrators, and end-users regarding AI-enhanced functionalities. Staying current with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies will be essential.
