Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
- More than 5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with web services, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design
- Demonstrated ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-performing engineering talent
- Openness to feedback from colleagues and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Proven history of leading teams in creating and maintaining consumer applications with stringent reliability demands

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications handling millions of transactions daily
- Establish a clear vision for the team and instill urgency in delivering outstanding experiences for our creators and viewers
- Maintain focus on personnel development by identifying behaviors that foster career growth and cultivating exceptional engineering talent
- Analyze complex trade-offs quickly, making informed architectural and product decisions while navigating technical and organizational challenges
- Thoughtfully assess, engage with, and challenge proposals and strategies to enhance outcomes
- Adapt smoothly to shifting priorities while preserving team morale, focus, and delivery momentum
