Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and managing hardware
- Familiarity with various operating systems, particularly Windows and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of computer networking principles, including VPNs and firewalls
- Experience using help desk ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to analyze issues quickly and develop effective solutions while remaining positive
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to help desk tickets via our ticketing system with clear and effective solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to computers, mobiles, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide software support across different operating systems including Windows and Microsoft 365
- Manage computer setups, installations, configurations, and updates for optimal performance
- Support IT infrastructure components like Active Directory, network switches, and network printing
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues involving hardware, operating systems, or network connectivity while upholding excellent customer service standards
