Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experience in a leadership role for at least 3 years
- 5-8 years of experience managing projects
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Project Management certification is mandatory
- Between 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry experience
- Ability to work in environments with multiple project managers and support staff
Responsibilities
- Oversee one or more intricate or enterprise-wide IT programs comprising several projects
- Formulate program strategies and assist in developing business cases and overarching project plans
- Ensure seamless integration of projects while modifying scope, timing, and budgets according to business requirements
- Communicate program strategies, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leaders, and IT Business Consultants
- Successfully deliver all projects within the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
- Monitor key project milestones and propose changes to Project Managers as needed
- Collaborate with senior business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging IT to meet enterprise goals
