Technical Business Analyst - Agile, SQL

- Collaborate with architects, development leads, solution design leads, UX design leads, product owners, and vendor partners to define business and technical specifications, ensuring timely delivery of functionality and enhancements - Develop and document system specifications such as user stories with traceability, API interaction details, digital workflows, use cases, data mapping definitions, sequence diagrams, and call flows - Work with the Solution Design team to create Swagger specifications for REST APIs in YAML - Produce API payload examples in JSON to illustrate communication between frontend and backend systems - Analyze third-party XML API specifications using SOAP UI - Draft backend user stories in Jira including API payloads, error codes, implementation details, and acceptance criteria - Create frontend user stories in Jira detailing UI design, product requirements, business rules, and API interactions with UI - Refine user stories in Jira to ensure clarity for engineers during development - Capture test data requirements for unit and in-sprint quality assurance, creating relevant Jira tickets - Develop an end-to-end test plan based on the development sprint schedule - Demonstrate knowledge of Xfinity Mobile functionalities, systems architecture, and integrations during scrum ceremonies - Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters - Maintain regular attendance, with the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed - Adapt to project scope changes as necessary
