Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering testing experience.
- Strong backend testing expertise, especially in API and database testing.
- Proficiency in creating and executing complex SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems.
- Knowledge in automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience utilizing AI for testing purposes.
- Good understanding of Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar testing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong test estimation and issue tracking capabilities.
- Creative approach to testing under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a Quality Engineer in an agile team environment.
- Review, clarify, and validate project requirements.
- Identify tasks and estimate effort using appropriate testing techniques.
- Develop and implement test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
- Work together with team members to create effective test cases and scripts.
- Log and monitor issues and defects until resolution.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support Go Live activities.
- Manage Test Data to identify and utilize essential data effectively.
- Facilitate testing meetings, compiling results, and reporting issues/defects.
- Maintain metrics and provide recommendations on project readiness for launch.
