Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a solid understanding of QA methodologies
- Proficiency in manual testing (experience with automation is advantageous)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) sessions
Responsibilities
- Direct all facets of QA including test planning, execution, and the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing sessions
- Participate in design discussions to gain insight into team dynamics, stakeholders, and the overall testing strategy for implementation
- Manage system testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and comprehensive end-to-end testing
- Provide mentorship and guidance to QA Analysts on the project (not in a formal supervisory capacity but offering direction)
- Collaborate with the Director and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects
