IT Project Manager - Agile and Scrum

- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and validation across various stakeholder groups - Assist in project coordination tasks such as meeting facilitation and status tracking under a Senior PMs guidance - Support data conversion planning, including mapping, validation, and documentation - Engage in change management tasks like updating SOPs, creating training materials, and managing communications - Aid in billing-related data work, testing preparations, and system validation - Collaborate with IT, lab operations, and clinical leaders to ensure aligned documentation and requirements - Lead projects of medium to high complexity while supporting high-complexity projects alongside Senior Project Managers - Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, adhering to IT standards - Facilitate technology problem-solving and gather insights from senior technical team members - Manage project budgets up to $1 million, possibly coordinating with staff from various departments - Present project proposals to committees for approval and guidance - Assist senior project/program managers with strategic planning - Make informed decisions and judicious actions to achieve project goals with minimal supervision - Advise IT staff on project management standards and methods - Cultivate a project-focused culture within the IT department - Juggle multiple competing priorities while clearly communicating complex technical information to diverse stakeholders - Ensure strict compliance with budget management standards - Contribute to the development and monitoring of project budgets - Undertake additional related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
