Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in journey mapping, customer experience, or a similar position
- Strong skills in facilitation and communication, capable of leading workshops and presenting findings
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies
- Proficient in journey mapping tools and software (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, TheyDo, etc.)
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment
- Preferred: Background in experience design or product management
- Preferred: Experience with user research and usability testing
- Preferred: Certifications in Customer Experience, Product Management, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain journey artifacts, including journey maps and personas
- Create, design, and update journey artifacts to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for journey artifacts
- Schedule, organize, and lead journey workshops, ensuring all relevant participants are prepared
- Document the outcomes of workshops and track follow-up actions to completion
- Work closely with journey owners, product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of journey artifacts
- Act as a liaison between departments to promote a unified approach to journey management and experience design
- Support the implementation of journey enhancements by providing contextual insights and guidance
- Assist in the development of journey measurement plans
- Monitor journey performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed on best practices and trends in journey mapping and customer experience
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the customer experience delivery model and templates
