Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SSRS, SSIS, Power BI (or Tableau), and Qlik Sense
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management, particularly in MS SQL Server and Oracle
- Solid grasp of ETL processes and data integration techniques
- Proven track record in developing and managing interactive dashboards for high-level reporting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively share technical insights with non-technical audiences
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality reports and dashboards
- Experience with executive-level reporting and dashboard creation is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain SSRS reports that support business operations and strategic decisions
- Design and oversee ETL processes through SSIS to maintain data integrity and accessibility
- Construct engaging dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI (or Tableau) and Qlik Sense, prioritizing executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and gain insights into business necessities
- Conduct data analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports
- Identify and enhance existing reporting solutions for better performance
- Document and uphold reporting processes, data models, and system configurations
- Provide training and assistance to end-users regarding reporting tools
