Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in IT systems analysis or ERP administration, preferably in aerospace, aviation maintenance, or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Quantum Control ERP (Component Control) and/or Corridor MRO software is essential
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and report-building tools; experience with Power BI is highly preferred
- Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, and middleware
- Solid understanding of accounting, inventory, and maintenance workflows
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, manage competing priorities, and achieve results with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing business requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main system administrator and functional leader for Quantum ERP and Corridor MRO systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflow configurations to ensure data accuracy and system security
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to document, streamline, and automate entire business processes
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to improve operational insight and support leadership decision-making
- Actively seek out opportunities for system and process enhancements, presenting actionable recommendations to management
- Work alongside internal IT, cybersecurity partners, and software vendors to guarantee secure and compliant data management
- Diagnose and resolve system or user issues promptly in a customer-centric manner
- Offer training, documentation, and continuous assistance to both new and existing users
