Requirements
Must:

- RHIT (Registered Health Information Technologist)
- RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator)
- 3M 360 Systems Administrator
- CAHIMS (Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems)
- Epic Cadence Module certification strongly preferred
- Experience in an Agile work environment preferred
- Strong collaborative skills and initiative in a remote work setting preferred
- Innovative, inquisitive, and determined mindset preferred
Responsibilities
- Employ analytical skills to comprehend and document requirements and workflows to enhance customer value
- Support assigned applications by ensuring they are updated to vendor-recommended versions
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated issues related to complex applications
- Maintain server performance by overseeing patching, reboots, and ensuring compliant software versions
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours application assistance
- Work with stakeholders to identify operational needs, risks, and project requirements
- Collect, document, and assess business, data, and integration requirements alongside workflow processes
- Take part in or lead the design phase and complete tasks for intricate development and unit/integration testing
- Generate and maintain application support documentation
- Provide training for end-users and team members as necessary
- Engage in mentorship and training via various methods
- Conduct pair programming sessions to educate others
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing meetings
- Seek self-training opportunities and relevant conferences that resonate with annual goals
Description
