Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in architecting and integrating hybrid AI systems using Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable AI architectures including APIs and microservices
- In-depth knowledge of the full AI/ML lifecycle within Azure, from data ingestion to ongoing sustainment
- Skilled in creating event-driven data pipelines and feature stores for managing both structured and unstructured data
- Familiar with Responsible AI practices, including traceability and explainability
- Understanding of MLOps pipelines and tools such as MLflow and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Ability to transition R&D prototypes into production with optimization for various constraints
- Proven experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship across teams
- Strong collaborative skills for working with engineering, data, and modeling teams
- Expertise in supporting proposal development with insights into AI/ML architectures and data strategies
Responsibilities
- Architect and integrate hybrid AI systems utilizing Azure Machine Learning and OpenAI technologies
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions, incorporating APIs, microservices, and model-serving frameworks
- Oversee the entire AI/ML lifecycle on Azure, including all phases from data ingestion to deployment
- Engineer data pipelines and feature stores for both structured and unstructured data types
- Embed Responsible AI practices ensuring traceability and confidence in AI deployments
- Manage MLOps processes to facilitate continuous integration and deployment along with monitoring for model drift
- Transition prototypes to production environments, ensuring efficient deployments in varied operational conditions
- Provide technical leadership, establishing standards for quality and ethical AI practices across programs
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and reuse of AI solutions within Azure
- Assist in proposal development by showcasing technical knowledge in AI/ML frameworks and responsible practices
