Requirements
Must:
- Board eligible or board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members
- Commitment to delivering world-class patient care
- Experience with simple and complex extractions, dental implants, oral pathology, and orthognathic surgery
- Eagerness to participate in mentorship and collaborative practice
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional surgical care and patient management
- Participate in advanced surgical procedures including third molar extractions and dental implants
- Foster strong relationships with patients and staff to enhance practice success
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice
- Drive collaboration and mentorship among the surgical team

We are a well-respected, independent oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located in the north and east suburbs of St. Paul, MN, with three modern, fully equipped offices. Our practice offers an excellent opportunity for a board eligible or certified OMS, with the potential for partnership and ownership.
