Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree in IT or a related field preferred
- Over 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a related position
- Strong comprehension of manufacturing and warehousing business processes
- Previous experience with systems such as WMS, MRP, CRM, EDI, and ERP
- Working knowledge of SQL; capable of generating SQL Queries and reports
- Proficient in Microsoft environments and common tools, including the MS-Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities with a sharp attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, able to present ideas in a business-friendly manner
- Self-driven with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions that align with our business strategies and objectives
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of applications to ensure optimal operation in a 24/7 production setting
- Collaborate with teams to identify and advocate for technology solutions that meet business requirements, while assessing risk, cost, and ROI
- Lead projects aimed at introducing new systems, policies, and processes that improve business profitability and productivity
- Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company data through robust IT practices
- Provide ongoing support, including 24/7 on-call assistance for critical incidents
- Effectively communicate IT capabilities to facilitate continuous improvement efforts and offer necessary training to team members
- Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors for support and undertake additional duties as necessary
