Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and React Developer (or in a blended role)
- Demonstrated success in designing enterprise SaaS or logistics-oriented applications
- Proficient in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
- Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
- Advanced skills in React (hooks, context, performance enhancement)
- Experienced with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
- Knowledgeable in TypeScript within large-scale codebases
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with bi-weekly sprints
- Strong communication skills: able to produce clear documentation, present designs effectively, and engage in daily stand-ups
- Familiar with Git, GitHub workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with real-time data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js)
- Basic familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python back-end frameworks
- Understanding of design tokens and theme management for multi-tenant platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x)
Responsibilities
- Create and prototype designs (50%)
- Drive comprehensive UX processes: conduct user research, develop personas, and map customer journeys
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop and sustain a design system (including components, patterns, and tokens) in line with our branding guidelines
- Implement front-end solutions (50%)
- Convert Figma designs into ready-for-production React components utilizing Tailwind CSS
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces that connect with our FastAPI back end via REST/gRPC
- Enhance performance (including bundle size and rendering speed) to maintain sub-100ms render times
- Incorporate dashboards and real-time visualizations (charts, heatmaps) for dispatch analytics
- Partner with QA to write front-end tests (using Jest/React Testing Library) ensuring at least 90% test coverage
