Requirements
Must:
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft development tools including SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio (Git-based Azure DevOps Server or similar tools)
- Intermediate proficiency in T-SQL, Regular Expressions, or equivalent languages (required)
- Required knowledge of C# and VB.net
- Understanding of Windows Server / Client relationships (required)
- Ability to estimate development effort and track progress in an online ticketing system (experience with Jira is a plus)
- Capacity to learn and comprehend business processes for creating varying complexity workflows
- Proficient in understanding and designing relational data models
- Self-driven and adaptable with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and quick to adapt to evolving development requirements
- Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Minimum of 3 years of Grooper experience is mandatory
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated workflows for document and data processing that include data capture and extraction utilizing OCR profiles, custom scripts, and exporting documents to various platforms to fulfill business needs
- Optimize existing content and workflows related to image processing
- Manage enterprise-level third-party software in both front-end and back-end environments
- Write effective code to meet business specifications
- Collaborate with management and project coordinators to prioritize tasks
- Conduct technical reviews of workflows created by other Content Management Developers, identifying anti-patterns, logical errors, performance shortcomings, or non-compliance with best practices
- Support management in the design and redesign of processes using established best practices
- Test and validate custom workflows and processes
- Engage with other departments during user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Oversee the maintenance of production workflows and solutions throughout their lifecycle
- Troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently and conduct research to resolve them
- Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by management
- Provide assistance to in-house support teams
