Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Manufacturing Analyst, Operations Analyst, or ERP Analyst.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365 or Business Central) in a manufacturing context.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production planning.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, routing, and shop floor data collection processes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics (D365, Business Central) to extract, analyze, and validate data pertaining to manufacturing, inventory, and finance.
- Create and sustain standardized dashboards, reports, and KPIs focusing on:
- On-time delivery (OTD)
- Production throughput
- Scrap and rework rates
- Inventory accuracy and turnover
- Labor efficiency
- Schedule adherence
- Ensure data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics by detecting errors, suggesting corrections, and applying controls.
- Aid in the testing and rollout of new Dynamics features, modules, or integrations (e.g., MRP, inventory, production, costing).
- Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams to address system issues and enhance data visibility.
- Engage in system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and integration projects.
- Provide data insights to leadership to facilitate operational and financial decision-making.
