Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing position focused on implementation and/or technical support in a B2B SaaS setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing SQL queries independently (including JOINs, subqueries, and aggregations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, representing our company to clients
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Resourceful with the ability to leverage the latest tools and technologies to complete tasks
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects from start to finish without direct oversight
- Willingness to work on-site at our Barrington, IL office
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our technology solutions, facilitating the onboarding of new clients
- Analyze data to address client inquiries and collect implementation and custom development needs
- Assist in testing new product features and releases to ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through our CRM tool and support video calls
- Participate in sales demonstrations as needed
- Write SQL queries on MySQL databases for ad-hoc reporting, troubleshoot data-related issues, and respond to client questions
- Provide feedback on product quality and direction based on client interactions
