Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience delivering technical solutions, system administration, or application support in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure including VMs, SQL databases, networking, and monitoring.
- Strong skills in SQL Server management and DBA tasks, encompassing query writing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Rock RMS or comparable web-based systems (CMS, CRM, ERP).
- Ability to read and interpret application code (C#, .NET, JavaScript).
- Experience in creating workflows, reports, or dashboards within data-centric platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and templating languages such as Lava (or Liquid).
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Ministry Analysts to advise churches using Rock RMS; identifying their requirements, resolving technical issues, and executing scalable solutions.
- Crafting and executing automations, reports, dashboards, and workflows that maximize the effectiveness of data and technology for churches.
- Overseeing and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure environments that support Rock RMS, web servers, SQL databases, and related infrastructure.
- Assisting with new installations, upgrades, and data migrations to facilitate seamless transitions on the platform.
