Requirements
Must:
- 13+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementation and configuration
- Proficient in Data Integration, Data Platforms, and CRM Data Architecture
- Solid understanding of Apex, Lightning Flow, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Customer 360 Data Model
- Knowledgeable in Databricks and enterprise data platforms
- Strong grasp of data governance, service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring, and reliability engineering
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure authentication strategies
- Understanding of CRM activation in Sales, Service, and Marketing domains, along with segmentation and insights
- Competence in privacy, compliance, and data partitioning strategies

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process including requirements gathering, design, construction, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Configure and activate Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities such as Data Spaces, Data Streams, and Data Lake Objects (DLOs), including roles and permissions
- Design and oversee the data ingestion pipelines and map them to the Customer 360 data model
- Create solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Flow, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Automate processes and workflows leveraging Salesforce Lightning Flow
- Construct bespoke logic, triggers, and integrations using Apex
- Ensure robust data quality, deduplication, data lineage, monitoring, and error handling measures
- Implement secure authentication practices and adhere to compliance and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders for CRM activation, customer segmentation, and deriving insights
Description
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with a strong foundation in Databricks and CRM activation to spearhead the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions at our San Jose, CA office. This is a 12-month contract position where you will play a key role in data integration and architecture.
