Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle SCM, with at least 4 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, and Procurement
- Proficient in SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong grasp of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading workshops, mentoring teams, and engaging with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Act as a Solution Designer for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) and Procurement, developing questions, qualification criteria, models, and assessment methods
- Configure supplier qualification standards, scoring mechanisms, and automated requalification workflows
- Design integrations between SQM, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Purchasing using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or API approaches
- Standardize supplier evaluation processes across Quality, Financial, and Compliance to mitigate risks
- Create BI Publisher (BIP) reports and OTBI analytics for monitoring supplier performance
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration plans
Description
We are seeking an Oracle Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Fusion Architect to join our team in Waukesha, WI. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement comprehensive supplier qualification and assessment solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The position is integral to our mission of streamlining supplier lifecycle management and ensuring compliance across our operations. We provide a collaborative work environment and are committed to professional development in a hands-on setting. The contract duration is 12 months, and we only consider candidates who can work on a W-2 basis.
