Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
- Proficient in Earnix pricing model configuration
- Advanced skills in SQL (Oracle and SQL Server)
- Familiarity with Guidewire integration
- Knowledgeable in data integration and analytics workflows
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred
- Understanding of customer behavior modeling and pricing optimization is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration of Earnix, including rate tables and pricing models
- Develop and refine SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Manage the integration of Earnix with Guidewire and other enterprise systems within P&C insurance
- Implement data integration workflows for pricing and analytics
- Analyze customer behavior to aid in pricing strategy development
- Provide hands-on guidance in development, configuration, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development
Description
We are seeking an Earnix Tech Lead / Pricing Model Lead Developer for a contract position in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of various pricing models utilizing Earnix, focusing on the BFSI domains. This position requires a strong technical background combined with an in-depth understanding of insurance pricing strategies and customer behavior analytics. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, along with the opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic environment.
