ERP implementation specialist

- Establish short-term and long-term objectives to enhance order and product management in Agility - Define procedures for creating and maintaining new items, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Rectify BOM issues reported by the production team - Implement new work order codes to streamline the order entry process - Develop a roadmap for the introduction of new products while coordinating across various departments - Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and sales teams during product development, quality assurance, and launch phases to ensure organizational success - Communicate with the Sales Team upon notification of discontinued products, and deactivate codes in Agility once inventory is depleted - Fulfill customer maintenance requests in Agility - Maintain data in Agility related to product entry and production, including supplier information, delivery routes, and purchase orders - Assist inside sales with unique product requests and project production - Build and sustain relationships with sales and production managers - Coordinate with Purchasing as necessary for sourcing and product availability - Propose and carry out enhancements to the sales administration process - Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
