Requirements
Must:
- University degree or specific training in project management
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Knowledge and experience in production management and planning
- Excellent ability to learn new concepts
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Rigorous and professional work ethic
- Good general computer skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong communication and business relationship skills
- Bilingualism (required)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Comfort with differing opinions and resilience to negative feedback
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a significant asset
- Familiarity with ERP software is a major advantage
- Understanding of SQL language is a plus
- Familiarity with VB .net language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify and define critical project objectives while recognizing potential challenges
- Prepare groundwork to ensure clarity in objectives and methods to achieve them
- Align stakeholder expectations with proposed technological solutions
- Guide the execution of implementations while minimizing ineffective detours
- Develop and enforce timelines as much as possible
- Communicate effectively, continuously
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing features and initiate the development of new functionalities beneficial to clients
- Validate and oversee the quality of work performed by all parties involved
- Assist clients in navigating challenges smoothly
- Contribute to team efforts aimed at project success
Description
We are Trikeb, a Quebec-based software engineering company established in 2001. We are proud creators of the VizCo solution, an integrated management software (ERP) tailored for manufacturers of custom-made products. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary starting at $75,000 annually. Our hybrid remote work model allows flexibility while being part of a collaborative team located in Boucherville, QC.
