Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in developing web applications, both front-end and back-end
- Strong expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with modern software practices, including DevOps and agile project management
- Experience with CI/CD processes, security measures, and automated testing
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in web development
- Knowledge of Python and Drupal for team collaboration
- Experience with Google Analytics setup is a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility in technology usage
Responsibilities
- Act as the teams primary full-stack web developer and technology expert
- Interact with various agencies and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success
- Create and manage maintenance and support strategies for in-house applications
- Ensure compliance with application security protocols and adhere to cybersecurity best practices
- Assess deliverables from vendors, including code reviews and acceptance criteria
- Foster partnerships and trust by collaborating closely with agency partners
- Define and share solution architecture, integrating new technologies with existing systems
- Work in tandem with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly front-ends
- Contribute to data analysis and visualization tasks as required
- Stay adaptable with technology choices, focusing on beneficial outcomes for users
