Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12 years of focused experience in SAP Basis and Systems engineering, involving architectural roadmaps and end-to-end execution for upgrades and migrations
- At least 5 years of experience in HANA administration, including high availability and disaster recovery
- Strong background in system sizing and performance optimization, including hardware and infrastructure components
- Familiarity with BTP Integration Suite, SAP Build Apps/Process Automation, and Cloud connector
- Proficiency with VMWare and Linux operating systems
- At least one full S/4HANA implementation or migration experience involving SAP Cloud solutions (PaaS/SaaS), including technical evaluation and architecture integration design
- Experience with security practices in architecting authorization for applications and HANA DB layers, along with managing audit requirements
- End-to-end SAP HANA lifecycle security implementation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enhance the ERP Projects capabilities by focusing on SAP Systems Engineering across various applications
- Provide technical support and expertise for the on-premise SAP landscape, including systems such as SAP ECC, SRM, and HANA
- Conduct architectural assessments for implementing SAP Cloud solutions alongside on-premise SAP systems
- Participate in ERP production support tasks, including upgrades, installations, system maintenance, and security administration
- Perform SAP Basis activities, such as system transports, client copies, and upgrades
- Lead and execute SAP HANA upgrades in complex environments; familiarity with HPE ServiceGuard is beneficial
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP IDM and SRM/MDM platform administration and ensure integration with enterprise identity services
- Oversee SAP MDM components and ensure integration with SAP systems effectively
- Support SAP Solution Manager functionalities like ChaRM setup and system monitoring
- Engage with the functional team to monitor system performance and optimize as necessary
- Maintain infrastructure and security components in cloud environments, utilizing technologies such as VMWare
- Design high availability and disaster recovery solutions for enterprise applications
- Assess architecture best practices for integrating SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems
- Lead technical planning for potential migrations to SAPs Cloud infrastructure
