Requirements
Must:
- University degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in Vendor & Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- A first-level university degree coupled with relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of the advanced degree
- Professional certifications in Vendor / Procurement Management (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) are mandatory
- Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent) are highly preferable
- Minimum of five (5) years in Vendor and/or Project Management
- At least three (3) years experience in a global financial management institution
- Proven track record managing vendor risk, performance assessments, contracts, and sourcing initiatives
- Experience utilizing recognized project management methodologies
- Proficiency in designing reports and dashboards with modern business intelligence tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI) is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and analytical or problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management tools and/or Project Management tools is beneficial
- Advanced English proficiency is required
- Ability to formulate clear and structured documentation and conduct effective presentations while adjusting communication styles for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Enterprise Vendor Management by reviewing and finalizing Standard Operating Procedures for vendor assessments and contract management
- Enhance vendor management templates by incorporating an exit strategy clause and an AI risk assessment category
- Maintain and update the SharePoint repository and Intranet page for consolidating all essential documents
- Develop PowerBI dashboards for tracking vendor risks, issues, lessons learned, contract activities, and overall KPIs/KRIs
- Lead projects to assess and implement vendor management solutions
- Support Enterprise Project Management by ensuring compliance with EPM governance and keeping documentation tools updated
- Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
- Improve SOPs and templates for better in-take management and project risk management
- Maintain and refresh the SharePoint repository for project-related documentation
- Create PowerBI dashboards to monitor project decisions, benefits, risks, issues, and overall KPIs/KRIs
- Oversee projects to assess and implement project management solutions with appropriate checklists and procedures
- Generate a glossary of tailored project/program management AI Copilot prompts
- Offer meeting support, managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders, tracking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on decisions
- Assist with budget implementation and tracking, including purchase order and invoice processing
- Support the team with additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
