Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of proven success in sales or client relationship management
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT staffing or project-related roles
- Previous roles as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management issues
- Build and nurture enduring client relationships
- Create and expand business opportunities with current clients to achieve specified production targets
- Drive consistent growth within the assigned client base
- Develop contacts with chosen clients and strategic partners independently
- Maintain positive client relations and ensure regular communications for satisfaction
- Establish marketing relations through office visits and social activities, such as lunches and networking events
- Strengthen customer relations through activities like sales leads development, warm calls, and research
- Collaborate with recruiters to devise strategies that utilize their expertise in successfully filling job requisitions
- Independently create and execute sales action plans focused on increasing revenue and acquiring new accounts
- Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities with existing clients
- Maximize potential and revenue generation from current accounts
- Analyze current and future client needs to promote company services effectively
- Make independent decisions in preparing and implementing sales and business development strategies
- Formulate comprehensive objectives and strategies to cultivate high-value relationships across all areas
- Understand prospective clients cultures, product offerings, and organizational structures
- Address and resolve client concerns related to accounts
- Complete additional account-related tasks as assigned by management
- Achieve annual sales quotas
