Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI development.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or web development.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Experience with fine-tuning small language models or embedding models.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for developing production-grade backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software systems that integrate AI/ML techniques to automate specific tasks and enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with team to define agent architectures and workflows while adhering to established constraints regarding infrastructure and programming choices.
- Participate in technical decision-making related to data processing and system integration strategies.
- Implement testing and evaluation pipelines for AI/ML applications.
- Generate and utilize synthetic data for evaluation and benchmarking purposes.
- Optimize AI/ML applications for hybrid cloud environments, ensuring reliable deployment and updates.
- Deliver production-ready systems in alignment with defined specifications and iterate on tool improvements.
- Document system designs, workflows, and technical decisions as necessary.
