Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience implementing Adobe Analytics and Target.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development frameworks.
- Experience utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud, including Components such as Analytics, Launch (Data Collection/Tags), and Target.
- Strong grasp of web development processes and best practices for analytics integration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum, along with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up tracking codes through Adobe Launch for data collection and tagging purposes.
- Define and sustain data layers, custom events, eVars, props, and processing rules.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and analysts to ensure tracking aligns with business goals.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm data accuracy and system performance.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
- Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and other components of the Experience Cloud.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tagging and data processing.
- Offer technical guidance and documentation for team members and stakeholders.
