Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent experience
- Over 7 years of experience in technical product or program management, particularly with enterprise software
- More than 7 years of direct collaboration with engineering teams
- Proven track record in managing roadmap strategy and defining product direction
- Experience in feature delivery and evaluating product tradeoffs
- Skilled in advocating for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during high-level planning and prioritization
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering to identify, outline, and plan new features and improvements for our test management products
- Manage areas concerning platform improvements, analytics, and usability to maximize value for our customers
- Foster cross-functional teamwork across Tricentis products to meet customer requirements
- Effectively engage with various business teams such as Go-to-Market Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support
- Convey priorities and the overall vision to stakeholders and executive teams
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaborative effort
