AI Lead Engineer - Machine Learning Expert

- Lead the design and execution of agentic AI solutions to perform multi-step workflows within established guidelines - Transform business challenges into actionable AI solutions, coordinating efforts across engineering, product, and business teams - Drive hands-on implementation as necessary, developing repeatable delivery frameworks - Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to enhance productivity across teams - Create user adoption patterns for embedded copilots/agents in day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and measurable experience - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define productivity benchmarks and maintain continuous feedback mechanisms - Implement and uphold AI governance standards in accordance with internal policies - Establish AI risk controls and conduct vendor evaluations using set criteria - Develop lifecycle controls for AI systems in production, including monitoring and quality assurance practices - Team up with Risk Management to identify and manage AI-related risks - Create and maintain practices for agent observability and dashboards for monitoring performance - Oversee the validation strategy for AI outputs and automation pipelines, ensuring accuracy and data integrity - Manage an AI intake and case prioritization process, keeping stakeholders informed of AI initiatives and progress
