Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Over 7 years of pertinent experience
- More than 7 years in Missile Defense or extensive DoD Acquisition programs
- Proven experience in software development within the aerospace sector, with a preference for missile defense
- Experience in supporting or leading collaborative teams, including Government, Contractors, and Prime Developers
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Offer technical support and analysis for SM-3 software development to the government Program Office
- Provide software development expertise to the AEGIS Program Office, including communications components, Interface Control Documents, performance evaluations, and requirements verification
- Assist in programmatic decision-making through technical analysis
- Deliver systems engineering support, requirements guidance, and verification analysis to Systems Engineers
